So What's the Story?
Our doors opened April 25, 2006 in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs with the vision of bringing a unique healthy gourmet selection to the surrounding community. Focused on using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, the menu items as well as the daily specials are all born from the creativity of the Executive Chef/Owner Mike Pinto. We have chosen Ranch Foods Direct as our supplier. By doing so we are able to provide our customers with hormone, steroid and antibiotic free meat.
The cozy ambiance of the dining room seats thirty-two people, affording us with the opportunity to cater to each individual customer.
Providing an enjoyable and memorable experience is the focus of Tammy Pinto, Manager/Owner, who has created a beautiful atmosphere and detailed exquisite service.
Lunch Hours: Mon-Sat 11:00 am to 2:30 pm
Dinner Hours: Mon-Sat 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
